International Healthcare Executive Development

Decision Intelligence methodology meets WHO patient safety frameworks. For global health leaders, delivered in London.

Onsite in London For global health leaders

The global health leadership challenge

Health systems everywhere face the same fundamental challenge: turning data into decisions that improve population outcomes. The complexity differs by context, but the decision gap is universal. Leaders across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe are navigating system reform, digital transformation, and rising demand with limited analytical infrastructure.

This programme brings the methodology and tools developed for the NHS to an international audience, combined with WHO-aligned patient safety frameworks. It offers global health executives a structured approach to decision-making that can be adapted to their own system context.

What this programme does

NHS methodology, global application.

Learn the Decision Intelligence methodology developed through work with NHS Trust and ICB boards. Structured to be adapted to your own health system's governance, data maturity, and population context.

WHO patient safety frameworks.

Faculty include a former WHO Patient Safety programme lead. The programme integrates international patient safety standards with practical governance tools, connecting global frameworks to operational decision-making.

Cross-system international peer learning.

Each cohort brings together executives from different countries and health system models. The diversity of context is the learning. You leave with an international peer network and a decision framework adapted to your system.
