We start with your data. A rapid assessment identifies your organisation's specific financial challenges and priorities. All data sharing is governed by a formal agreement aligned with NHS IG Toolkit standards.

Co-Design

Programme content is configured around your priorities, aligned with current NHS planning guidance and financial frameworks.

Delivery

Six months of workshops, coaching, peer learning, and live analytical sessions using the Strasys Value Index. CFO peers from other trusts and ICBs.
