Most large consultancies sell expertise by the hour. The knowledge walks out when the engagement ends. Mark Jennings spent over two decades building and leading one of the largest health and public service consulting practices in Europe. When he joined Strasys, it was because he found something different: a firm that builds decision infrastructure that stays.
Mark shaped his career at Accenture from 1999, rising to Chief Operating Officer for Health and Public Service across Europe and then Managing Director for UK and Ireland, where he grew the practice to a £500m business. He became a recognised pioneer for the practical adoption of AI within the UK public sector, developing and leading large-scale programmes to reshape public services, including work with the Department for Work and Pensions that transformed how government serves 23 million citizens.
He joined Strasys because he saw what others had not yet built: analytics and innovation that changes how leaders think, not just what they see.
At Strasys, Mark leads the firm's solutions and services practice, focusing on scaling health system improvement and transformation programmes. He brings the operational discipline of large-scale delivery together with Strasys's proprietary Decision Intelligence approach, helping leadership teams move from diagnosis to action with confidence. His work spans workforce transformation, clinical service redesign, and system integration across primary, community, and hospital care settings.
Mark was drawn to Strasys by a conviction that the most complex challenges in healthcare require a fundamentally different kind of partner: one that combines deep analytics with creativity, and leaves organisations stronger than it found them.
He is also heavily involved in shaping how generative AI and digital innovation can be applied responsibly within healthcare, building on his track record of practical AI adoption at national scale.
Mark is a Non-Executive Director at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust, one of Strasys's most significant strategic partnerships.
