Analyst

We are looking for talented individuals to join us as Analysts, supporting the growth of Strasys and delivering exceptional value to our partners. This is a role with some flexibility in both work hours and location, ideal for people with shared caring responsibilities or otherwise looking for good balance. For this role we are not looking for specific academic certifications (though applicants with all qualifications are welcome) so much as raw intellect, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Data management (including data gathering, cleansing, building pipelines and automation etc), analytics, and supporting development of machine learning and system dynamics models.
• Production of deliverables and professional services in support of client sales and delivery.
• Collaboration with the wider Strasys team and contribution to the broader growth of Strasys.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tooling such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Miro, Monday.com, Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI skills are desirable.
• Existing skills in System Thinking and System Dynamics are preferred but not essential if you are willing to learn.

• Flexibility in location and schedule. This is a full-time role, but we can agree some flex in when the work is done and will consider requests for part-time at 4 days per week. See Work Location section below for flexibility on location.

We encourage hybrid working. However, you must be comfortable in spending time away from home at client sites and potentially abroad. Strasys is headquartered in London; many existing clients are in the Northwest of England.
