Strasys is a unique firm set out to disrupt the consulting market and help clients address their most complex challenges by improving the quality and consistency of their decision making.
We partner with global brands, governments, start-ups, and public-sector organisations to help them navigate and innovate in complex environments. We enable them to challenge conventional thinking, cultivate deep insights, change mindsets, create innovative strategies and solutions, and embed the capabilities and behaviours to succeed.
As Business Operations Lead you will be responsible for:
- Organising meetings, events (such as webinars and client workshops) and managing team logistics.
- Day-to-day financial administration (QuickBooks), including invoicing, payroll, and expenses.
- Support in material preparation for client sessions and other documentation tasks.
- Other administrative and organisational tasks as necessary to support the daily activities and growth of Strasys.
We have a relatively flat structure, and you will have the opportunity to shape your role and contribute to our growing organisation. We provide a unique environment to build your career and work flexibly.
We are looking for an individual who is friendly, flexible, pro-active, and always keen to learn new things and push themselves. We look for:
- Great people skills – ability to deal in a professional and friendly manner with a diverse team, both internally and across our clients.
- Strong organisational skills – evidence of having managed team workload in a professional services context.
- Attention to detail, with high quality written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time-management and ability to prioritise workload and manage expectations.
- Flexibility and adaptability – we are a small team so work volumes and needs will fluctuate.
- Quick to learn, ability to prioritise activities and be responsive to the needs of the business.
- Experience in basic book-keeping / financial management is preferable but not essential as long as you are willing to learn.
- Experience in contract management is preferable but not essential if you are willing to learn.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tooling such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Miro, Monday.com and PowerBI skills are desirable but not essential.
- Pro-active, able to self-learn and solve problems.
We encourage hybrid working. However, you must be comfortable in spending time away from home at client sites and potentially abroad. Strasys is headquartered in London; many existing clients are in the Northwest of England.
